The story revolves around an amnesiac girl named Ryōko Otonashi who is a student at Hope's Peak Academy, and the sharp-tongued Ultimate Neurologist Yasuke Matsuda, with whom she is infatuated. A month after The Tragedy of Hope's Peak Academy, the school is full of unrest and secrets, with many people attempting to find out what truly happened and who is to blame. Despite not wanting any of it, Ryōko is connected to the incident and soon gets caught up in its aftermath, learning more and more about what happened.

Linsu Ellaine Rimes is facing a challenge. A challenge of balance. A month ago, she regained her memories from a certain life she used to live and recalls a novel book that she had read. Her past is one that of a blackmailed life. Reading books would be her one little escape to another world. The certain book that she read is actually her favorite. "I've reincarnated?!" Linsu was ecstatic about her new life, but there's one problem: Her role in the story. Of course, she found out what character she was, the villainess. It wasn't long before she would be exiled so she tried to redeem herself. Linsu was determined to live her life somewhat decently and decided to right the old Linsu's wrongs. The prince was already mad at Linsu and the heroine's whole group is already, from the start, against her. So this would be a pain in the neck. Unfortunately, her failed attempts of saying sorry was taken as sarcastic. Linsu was losing hope and beginning to accept her faith until, the almighty savior of hers appeared. The king had came and delivered Linsu's message directly to the new couple (The prince and The heroine) with flowers saying sorry. When the day came that she is to be exiled, the king still announced something. No, it wasn't the news that Linsu had thought. It was definitely unexpected. "Linsu Ellaine Rimes, you are hereby granted the title of Princess of The Crysthiel Kingdom!" What...? Isn't that... The neighboring Kingdom?!
