What if Starscream hadn't told Arcee that he killed Cliffjumper, and did join the Autobots after all? And just how do you tame a wild, traitorous and unpredictable Seeker, who even Megatron couldn't completely control? The Autobots test their patience and determination in taming the former Decepticon. Arcee ends up befriending their new comrade. Starscream laments his past, Jetfire and Megatron. How will Megatron take all this?

After defeating Megatron and dispersing the Allspark (at the end of Season 1) the Autobots and Sari are about to take a chance to rest and look for the missing Mr. Sumdac when they are teleported to a strange theater. An entity known as an Observer wishes for them to learn another version of themselves to better themselves for their future. Optimus and the others are unsure, but take this chance to learn and see what the heroes they can truly become. Unbeknownst to them, they weren't the only ones transported too.

6 years after the viewing, the Prime cast has returned to view what was likely considered the dark future of Cybertron. One that is certain to be their own lifetime if the Maximals fail to thwart the future Megatron once more back in the Beast Wars. But along the way, they may realize that what the Maximals will lose is far more costly than they have in the Beast Wars.

Following the end of Red vs Blue, Caboose decides to go in an adventure out into the stars he left Blood Gulch in an UNSC Frigate. However his stupidity and mishap ends up putting him inside of an experimental UNSC pod that he was not allowed to enter but entered anyways. The pod malfunctioned due to it being untested. Fortunately Caboose found his new adventure, for he has changed physically. He now finds himself in Jasper Nevada where could help the Autobots- Wait a minute... why is he on the Nemesis? Oh shit... Tailgate sleeps through the Lostlights' launch and is instead found by The Decepticon Justice Division after he almost shoots Tarn, but instead of ordering his immediate death he spares the small bot and takes him in.
