Who is the new guy in school? What part does he play in all of this, and why does he seem to awaken a piece of her she never even knew existed? Now Liss is in a race against time, joined by friends, old and new. It will take her places unknown and show her things she never dreamed possible. Will she be able to rise above the darkness and save those she loves, or will she lose everything, and succumb to the evil known as the Weaver of Darkness?

Ty, a shift manager with an alcoholic wife, creates a female replicant in a dystopia veering toward full mechanization. For Ty, the surreal drudgery of working in a retail environment is interrupted when robotic interfaces are installed at his job. Any protest of the machines will prompt Prominents to place him in a re-education program, and that's if he's lucky. In an effort to distract himself from a failing marriage, Ty becomes obsessed with the idea of a printing a live composite. In a botched job, he ends up printing a female version of himself. Thanks to his clone, Samantha (or Sam as she insists being called), Ty and his family are in danger of being jailed by Prominent forces. A dangerous life of hiding in plain sight is nearly impossible to pull off, especially when Sam strays from simple Prominent edicts by dating a woman. Ty's reality begins to unravel and he is forced to new truths, all while coming to terms with the full-force of mechanization and violence that surrounds him. With a dark past that always seems to ruin her chances of happiness, she escapes her recent breakup to a private resort. Here, fresh out of the shower, she finds a man scouring her bedroom for clues as to who she truly is. He's startlingly attractive, and he finds her naked body just as alluring, but that look in his eye burns those fresh wounds. After her last break up she swore off any type of romance, but the Italian hunk convinces Alex to do something she would never do in any normal circumstance. Add a disapproving father, a ten year age gap, and a secret meant to protect that might just result in their end to the mix and you're left with Absolute Perfection. Excerpt: My eyes shot open, meeting sparkling brown eyes staring down at me with lust evident in their deep orbs. My breath was caught in my throat, leaving me gasping for air when those hands I thought I imagined reached up to grab my throat and pull me to him. "What are you doing in here?" It came out as a squeak, leaving me blushing red in embarrassment. I was far more embarrassed with the thought that he could affect me so much, rather than being caught trying to pleasure myself. His lips fell on my exposed throat, sending sparks shooting down my spine at the contact. "I came to see if you were going insane without your work to keep you. I was going to leave you to it, bella mia, until it was my name I heard you moaning."
