Caramel is a poor university student in England, her ambitions is to become a successful doctor one day. She was living in an orphanage looking after the orphans there while it was a shelter for her. On her first day of her work experience in the hospital she nurses a very sexy rich boy, who she can't hit on as she had a finance waiting for her back at the orphanage.
