Meredith Grey is a neurosurgery attending at Seattle Grace Mercy West hospital and when Dr Richard Webber retires he calls in Dr Derek Shepherd from New York and she realises she has a crush on her new chief of surgery and Derek realises he has a crush on one of his employees.

Meredith Grey moves from New York and becomes the new Chief of Surgery at Seattle Grace, snatching the post from under Dr.Derek Shepherd’s nose. Will she be able to work in the new not-so-friendly environment and possibly find love in the process?
