A book of poetry aimed at people who have or are struggling with the addiction of self injury. These are poems highlighting the growing problems of self harm. It isn't judging, though, and doesn't insist that the person suffering MUST stop or MUST recover, but it gives that option and emphasizes the good things about quitting.

Seventeen-year old Louise Allen lives a lonely life, with her parents always out on trips; she hates it. However, she has always been positive about life. Twenty one-year old Damon Clyde, Louise's childhood friend, lives a lonely life too, not because his parents were adventurous, but because they're gone forever.
