Puchiyo is a hobbit, that was born in the wrong part of Middle Earth. She was the first hobbit to have ever been born out of the shire, which made her quite well known in the shire years later. And so she moves to hobbiton, and meets the wonderful Bilbo Baggins, which a story unfolds to love and other misconceptions.
