Nezumi also returned and him and Shion are living together once more. Sounds great right? Well months ago Shion started feeling extreme chest pain, dizziness and shortness of breath. After going to the doctor, Shion found out there's a whole in his heart from the bullet that shot him at the correctional facility, Shion kept this a secret from everyone, including Nezumi. But when Shion forgets to take his pills almost twice, his life will be in extreme danger

Shion just wanted to thank Rat for all he's done... To give him a goodnight kiss. But what will happen when things go a little further?
