This 'book' is a series of one-shots that focuses on Queen Delightful and Lord Starchbottom and their affectionate relationship between each other. The Queen plus the Adviser equals forbidden love? I tend to shift around when it comes to the timeline of these drabbles. For instance, in one chapter they could be described as best friends or in a strong platonic relationship, and in the next chapter they could be married or far into a romantic relationship. "I remember the day we first boarded the Bloodship. Sadly, it was also the day the Master decimated everybody in my kingdom of Jollywood, including my former guardians, the 7D. The Master was nice enough to spare me, my best friend, and my now retired arch foes. It was the most devastating day of my life to say the least, but that was years ago, and the Master 'kindly' told us to "let go of the past and move forward into the future". After destroying our homes, She took us into Her own home, the Bloodship. She even took the time to give me a new name! From that day on, we have served and protected the Master. And sometimes if we're extra good, we got to do the honours of executing one of the Master's prisoners. All the while Dillard makes sure I'm safe and sound. He's incredibly protective of me as I am with him. We have grown so much closer to each other while Grim and Hildy Gloom seem to have grown farther apart. Oh dear, I better get to sleep before the Master finds out I stayed up past the curfew hour." Dee closed her small journal and placed it under the chair. "Come to bed, Dee! You know the Master will punish us if our lights aren't out by 23:00." Dillard warned. "Coming!" Dee hurriedly climbed up to her and Dillard's top half of the bunk bed, careful not to disturb the Glooms from their slumber. She dove into bed and blew out the candle that sat on the rim of the bed. She laid down beside Dillard and snuggled close to him while Dillard in turn, hugged her tightly. "G'night, Dee." "G'night Dillard."
