Karamatsu, who is a narcissistic, vain person, has been named the most painful brother out of the sextuplets. His brothers are Osomatsu, Choromatsu, Ichimatsu, Jyushimatsu, and Todomatsu; oldest to youngest. Ignorance was what Karamatsu possessed before he met him. "Kara" The internal being who taught Karamatsu his position, his true feelings, and what his brothers really think of him. But is Kara's advice too much for the naïve Karamatsu, for such things may just brainwash the poor man. Will Karamatsu be able to stop Kara from manipulating his thoughts, or will he find the key to what he truly wants?
