This is a non-profit derivative work created for fans of the Korean historical drama "The Painter of the Wind". It follows the story of the cross-dressing female painter Shin Yun-bok and courtesan Jeong-hyang after the drama ends. This fanfic is purposefully kept short for it was only intended to give the fans some closure to a love story between two women, what with their intense attraction, meaningful looks and chemistry! Those who have watched this drama will know exactly what I mean. In keeping with the tone of the drama, all paintings used in this fanfiction are original artworks by 18th century Korean painter Shin Yun-bok (Hyewon), who was a man.
