Nightmare already has a hard life in the village. from all the bullying, to things being thrown at him, to people trying to steal the golden apples from the tree that holds their mothers spirit. Dream on the other hand has mostly been ignorant of the problems going on with his brother and the village. Though one day after some villagers attempte to steal the golden apples once again. Something changed and the two brothers soon find themselves in a new unknown world with only each other and the clothes on their backs. (The cover is only a temporary until the actual cover is done. Everything Error ever cared about was taken away from him. One by one. The dust littered the field as the blind judges believed themselves to be victorious. They were far from that. And now Error can't find any reason to stay. He threw himself into the void only to find himself in a very familiar place.

Error escapes. He's finally free from fate and her abuse as well as ink abuse. He finally can recover and have the life he had missed for so long. It's so strange, being free without having a job of multiversal murder but it's much better than the miserable prison he called a life before hand. Error is feeling much better whosever back home the pretty web of lies ink has spun is falling apart. Sometimes the lies one weaves one may think is for their own good but it doesn't matter in the end. In Error's experience, lying only makes the crash and burn more catastrophic. this takes place in an au where dream is a dick and so is everyone of the star sanses thankfully everyone else is normal but nightmare still hates having to entertain them by pretending to be the bad guys to stop them from doing something stupid that could cause serious damage and the rest of the multiverse is less than pleased with there actions but since the multiverse needs them to continue existing nightmare comes up with a plan to swap them with nicer more competent versions of them. .... wonder how this will turn out.
