Seàn William McLoughlin, who goes by Jack, is a 17 year old gay student. He is bullied at school and abused at home. Most people see him as the annoying, gay, emo, punkish freak. Sadly he is a lover not a fighter and the only way he knows how to fight is to leave his own battle scars all over his body. Mark Edward Fischbach is a 17 year old student that goes to the same school as Jack. He is the caption of the football team, ladies magnet, and popular boy. His friends are Jack's main bullies. Mark, who is to afraid to loose his reputation, doesn't do shit about it. He hasn't 'come out of the closet' quite yet but he has had a small crush on Jack for awhile.
