This story takes place after the Time Team successfully defeats Rittenhouse and prepares to get Lucy's sister, Amy, back from being nonexistent. Lucy goes home and explains everything about time travel and the adventures that she has been on to her mother, who is/was a very smart and famous historian. However, it turns out that her mother is a member of Rittenhouse, just like her father. Both are descendants of founding members. In the meantime, Lucy realizes she has feelings for her partner, Wyatt Logan. But she is not alone with these feelings, because Wyatt feels the same way too. The two are afraid to confess to each other because they feel that they might not be good enough for each other. Lucy fears that she will bring back too many memories to Wyatt, of his deceased wife, Jessica. Will Lucy get her sister back? Will Lucy and Wyatt get together? Or will Rittenhouse ruin it all? He can't believe he's seeing the woman he loved, and lost, years ago. But what about Lucy? When they were back in 1941, Wyatt and Lucy finally confessed to each other and even took it a step further into the night. Lucy and the other members of the Time Team have no idea what is going on. Wyatt promised Lucy he'd be right back, but instead he left to find Jessica. Lucy still thinks Wyatt is in love with her. Is he really? Here is what happens when Jessica Logan returns to the world. But little does everyone know that things are not what they seem, and there is darkness and a powerful force lurking around, waiting to pounce on its prey. "Lucy, why are you crying?" This story is a collab by me and @huffleheyguys (find her on Tumblr) It is a continuation from the Timeless finale and will be based around Lucy and Wyatt. Of course it will be about everyone else as well, and will be based as close as possible to Timeless with our own twists and turns. An Excerpt Lucy ran her hands over her face, and breathed. She wiped the tears from her face, again, and tried to steady her shaking hands, pulling out her phone and clicking her contacts. She couldn't breathe as it rang. Click. Finally, an answer. "Lucy?" The voice rang out, calm washed over Lucy's entire body for just a moment as she allowed herself to finally breathe. "Wyatt, I-", a sob slipped, unabated past her lips. "I need you." Lucy struggled to say through the tears fighting their way back in her eyes.
