Prompt: Person A is on a first date with someone, and is trying to entertain them with corny jokes. Person A's date doesn't really find them all that funny. However, Person A notices that Person B (who's dining alone at the table next to them) laughs quietly at all of the jokes.

Camila works as a florist. Every day, a certain green eyed costumer walks in, buys one flower and gives it to her.

"Going well so far," Lauren murmurs. "Your parents and your little sister. They think I'm a great girlfriend." "You are," Camila agrees. Or: The time Camila really needed a date to a family wedding, and who better to fill the role of fake-girlfriend than Camila's best friend Lauren?

"But you have to kiss me, those are the rules," Camila insists, not looking away from Lauren's eyes. (Except to look at Lauren's lips, Lauren does notice that.) "Well, I'd rather kiss someone else, no offense."

All Camila wants to do is bake some brownies, but apparently the universe has a hidden agenda against her. It's not like a broken oven has ever stopped her before, though. Or: Camila is a drama queen who's had a really bad day and Lauren just so happens to be her neighbor with very functional kitchen appliances.

Lauren doesn't know what she expected when she went out on her first date with Keana, but it certainly wasn't to get stood up. Another thing she didn't expect? Sharing an Uber with a girl named Camila and going out with her instead. Or: Lauren is broke and decides to try out UberPool, Camila is lowkey wild and into midnight adventures and their first date is really unexpected, but it's not like they're complaining.

Camila keeps an illegal dog in her and Lauren's dorm room. For some miraculous reason, Lauren fails to notice for just under a week. Camren one-shot.
