Anastasia Dmitry wasn't always known as the Russian Jaguar, one of Gotham City's most feared crime bosses and a dangerous threat to the Batman himself. She didn't begin her tragic tale as a blind and disfigured mobster who found power and confidence when wearing her fearsome masks. No, she was a performer in a Russian circus renown for her beauty and her ability to enchant the most fearsome of beasts--from lions, tigers, and, of course, jaguars. Even now, nearly twenty years later after her tragic accident when she was the tender age of fourteen the Russian Jaguar must tame the beastly and grotesque Penguin like in some Beauty and the Beast tale while also quenching her deadly thirst to rule over Gotham City with an iron claw. All the while, she must always look, or rather listen, over her shoulder for the ever-watching eyes of Batman and the Boy Wonder.
