After Civil War has settled a bit, and Bucky isn't being hunted down as much, Nick Fury has created a safe haven facility for Team Cap to hide out at during the time that they are being searched for. The whole group has been in the facility for nearly 5 months, when Cap starts thinking about Bucky all the time, to the extent of not being able to focus on his duties at all. Cap begins to work out a plan for Bucky to live with Team Cap, with the help of King T'Challa of course, meanwhile the rest of the group is unaware of the plan. SOME SMUT, MOSTLY FLUFF
