He decided his best course of action was to become a police officer. Ochaco Uraraka was the new holder of One for All. She had caught the eye of All Might with the excellent use of her quirk. She is the current number one hero. What if their two paths collide? He will appear, and rip everything away from them. Who is he? Katsuki Bakugo. The fallen hero.
