When John finds a tall, thin man in the middle of the night, he never expected to be thrown into such intense and incredible memories. But there Sherlock was. When Sherlock got into heroin, he had not thought there would be anyone would would want to come close to him ever again. But there John was. Two unlikely men who found each other and had to adjust to the new life that they now lead, drugs, drama, death, doctors and all.

Lestrade and Mycroft have a family together. They have five kids: John is the eldest at 8 years old. Phillip is 7, Jim is 6 Sherlock is 4, and Molly is the youngest, at 3 years old.

When Sherlock is left alone, without a case, and without John, he falls back to old habits, habits John is yet to find out about. Sherlock falls into a put of self loathing and John is the only one who can pull him out.

John Watson, a healthy, friendly, English boy stumbles upon Sherlock Holmes, a runaway living in the abandoned house next door. At first, Sherlock is standoffish and cold, only wanting to be by himself, and John respects that. But then, Sherlock gets himself hurt and John has no choice but to take care of his secret neighbor himself. A bond of unbreakable friendship grows between them, until the day Sherlock has to leave.
