He got it on and looked up, breath catching at the sight of Buck hanging motionless from the ladder. "Buck!" Or Eddie got struck by the same bolt of lightning that stopped Buck's heart. And now he's finding emotions filling his chest every time he touches Buck. But they're not his emotions, so what the hell is going on?

Eddie Diaz is straight; he's always been straight. One kiss with his best friend doesn't change that. Okay so maybe more than one kiss, maybe more than kissing. But it still doesn't mean anything. Eddie explains away their newfound sexual relationship as just that, sexual. It's purely physical, and if there aren't any feelings, then Eddie can still be straight. That is what he keeps telling himself. If they keep it casual, there isn't a problem. Buck has thought about kissing Eddie a million times over the past few years. He really wanted to be with him. Is he capable of being just casual? -or- Eddie Diaz grapples with internalized homophobia.
