Dakota Mohanty was born into a nobel family. At 6 years old, King Quentin McAllister killed both of her parents and burned their house down. Hours later, Dakota was found kneeling in the burnt remains of her house by the Soldiers of Eternity. The Soldiers took her to The Temple of Warriors and raised her as if she was one of their own. For years, the Soldiers told her that her parents had died in a normal house fire. At the age 18, the Soldiers told her the real reason her parents were killed. Dakota vows to get revenge. She grabs a bag and her Scythe and heads out to the palace. Dakota's mother always said that she would one day be the hero of her story. That was the one time her mother was wrong. A virus has taken over the world. It was created by a scientist who had been hired by the government to create a classified weapon. The scientist, being who he was, decided to make the deadliest weapon ever created. He created a virus that would slowly destroy your cells, it killed anybody that was infected. The most amazing part was that the virus could only harm human beings. How? Nobody really knows for sure. To test out his new creation, the scientist released the virus onto the people of the government. Killing them all within the span of a week. This scientist now has complete control over the country. Letting the power go to his head, he let the virus loose on humanity. It spread from state to state, infecting almost everyone. The only one with access to the cure is the scientist himself. One science facility remains safe. Six teenagers have managed to survive the virus, but it will eventually kill them as well. Unless they go to the facility for help. Jett, Vincent, Reese, Blaire, Carter, and Delaney travel to the science facility for safety. They soon learn that the only way to completely withstand the virus is to become less human. The six undergo a transformation and were given the almost impossible task to cure humanity. Will they be able to save humanity and return the world to what it once was?
