This book is for creating oc's, and I hope it can help you when creating one or improving the one you have. :) I have made a lot of oc's and read a ton on how to make them, so I feel qualified enough to share my thoughts and help create awesome oc's! For those of you who stumbled upon this story and have no idea what an oc is... Well my friend, take a seat and I'll explain it all to you!
