Visiting Kate at the hospital had become a weekly thing for Max and Chloe as soon as everything had settled down after the storm that nearly tore Arcadia apart. At some point or another Warren had decided to come along for a visit, resulting in him and Kate becoming pretty good friends as well. But after Max recieved a message from Kate about a certain Nathan Prescott being spotted at the hospital as well, the three decided to go have a look of their own. They were all cautious at first - Especially Chloe who would rather see him behind bars than roaming around near her newest friend, but Warren felt bad about seeing the guy look as broken as he did. That feeling was what had prompted him to go talk to him in the first place. And overtime he realised that Nathan, like many others, had been yet another victim in what had been going on in their town. Maybe Nathan wasn't so bad after all? UPDATE: This fanfic was written when I was, I kid you not, 16. I'm now 21. It has so many flaws and an insane amount of commas, but I decided to try and rewrite it. I'm not gonna edit or add to any of the previous chapters of this one because.. God that is a lot of work, but also because I think it would be cool to see the difference a few years of loose writing makes. I'm by no means a pro writer though, nor is English my first language, so there's bound to be mistakes in the new one still.
