Zane is sure he'll be one of the popular kids in his new school - and Harmony is just the girl to help him. She's beautiful, a cheerleader, and obviously the most popular girl in school. If Zane can get Harmony to go out with him, he'll be golden.
Brushing off his new friends' warnings as mere rumors, Zane woos Harmony... until her behavior becomes hard to ignore. Is her vacant stare because he's boring? Was that night he thought he saw her eating Coach Thompson's face simply a drug-induced hallucination? Or is it because his friends are right, and Harmony is the patient zero who started the zombie apocalypse?
