St. Hallows Correctional School for Juvenile Delinquents is boring, depressing, and gray, and its students are drug addicts, gangsters, and felons charged with anything from theft to assault. Two new students Lila and Chase get sent to the school by their parents as a behavioral wake-up call, and meet 'veteran' students that are there as a last chance 'shape-up' before real jail time.
