Just that cliché story where a "straight" boy falls for the openly gay boy, but has to hide it from everyone because his friends are homophobic bullies. Cody constantly calls up Maxx, always asking for a casual fuck. Of course, most of the time he's under the influence of alcohol or some drug. Maxx, having had a huge crush on him since eighth grade, can't help but let him play with his heart. Triggers: Sex, homophobic slurs, self harm, suicidal thoughts/actions, drug use, underage drinking (they're juniors in high school), mentions of eating disorders (anorexia)
