Admiral McAllister was tasked with finding a suitable leader to become the new Commander of the Azur Lane Naval Base. Admiral McAllister chose Cobalt for the job given how skilled he is with Naval strategy, but the Admiral also hopes this will help improve Cobalt's lack of self worth.
