Riker Lynch has been acting like a bad boy ever since he broke up with his last girlfriend. When Emma moves in with them for the summer, she's terrified of him. Riker falls for her, but Emma's too scared to be around him. The rest of the Lynchs are still upset with Riker's behavior. He brings girls home all the time to make out with them. Rydel thinks Emma might be able to change him back to his old self if she goes out with him. But how can she love someone she's afraid of?

16 year old Riker is an only child. He lives with his parents until they have to go on a business trip to Italy because they need money. Stormie's old best friend from high school agrees to let Riker stay with their family for as long as needed. So everything's ok, right? Not when her daughter hates Riker! A/N: I know making Riker an only child will be weird, but just go with it. It's not as weird as it seems.
