I've known Hidan for a long time before I met my demise. To me, he was just a fool who praised a god who didn't exist. But when I became a Shinigami and read the story of Hidan's life, I realized that I was horribly mistaken. He wasn't all that I thought he was. I look around at my surroundings, the man I came here with, the man I trusted with my own life, is dead. "STOP!" I cry. "He's dead okay? Call an ambulance he's bleeding... He's dead!" I breathe heavily. I panic and I hear the shouting die off. It fell silent completely. A crunch on the broken glass from the shop window brings my attention to what is actually happening. I freeze in my tracks and sit still, reach for Chris' lifeless hand and clench it behind the safety of the counter. I shut my eyes tightly. I breathe.
