The boys dare Cartman to ski down the dangerous cliff and things turn for worst. Cartman is sent into a critical condition to the point where he's put into a coma. Everyone sympathizes Cartman except for Kyle. He refuses the fact that Cartman is in a coma and believes that he is deceiving everyone. What will happen in the end?
