Dean has left Cas in desperation. The war had scarred him and it had scarred him bad. With Cas now out of his life, he's even more lost than he was before. Will Cas give in to the pain of the loss of his lover or will he pull through and find Dean along with a way to create that Polaroid picture perfect life they've both so desperately wanted to share together? (I just want to clarify that I did not write the original "Twist and Shout". I recently finished reading it and it had bruised and beat my heart to a pulp. I decided to write an alternative ending that wouldn't leave me soaked in my own tears. My writing may not be as fantastic as the original but I'll attempt it. One visitor changes all of that, bringing memories back to the surface that you had buried deep. But you mustn't focus on those memories, because the news that this visitor brings is urgent, and to rid your kingdom of a very serious threat, you must work with Castiel. But can you? This is the sequel to Not What You Think. This story will not make any sense of you haven't already read the previous one.
