"It's unlike any paranormal book I've read--very smart, very fresh, and very addictive, and very still in my mind." –And Anything Bookish In 1692, when witch trials gripped the community of Salem, Massachusetts, twenty-six children were accused as witches, exiled, and left for dead. Fourteen of them survived. The Survivors is the first installment of the tantalizing tales of the fourteen ill-fated Survivors and their descendants, who have been content in hiding for over three centuries. Isolated on a Montana mountainside, only Sadie, the rogue daughter, dares to abandon the family’s sacred hiding place. But no matter how far Sadie runs, something always pulls her back. On a muggy summer night in Tennessee, she witnesses a shocking scene that will change her life forever. It is the first in a sequence of events that will drag her from the human world she’s sought to belong to for over a century and send her back to her Puritanical family. Sadie is thrown toward an uncertain future filled with cunning witches, mysterious nosferatu shape-shifters, dangerous eretica and vieczy vampires, millennia-old mythology, and the search for her own mortality. After all… HOW DO YOU KILL A SURVIVOR? The Survivors will steal your heart and invade your mind. Fall into the pages of Sadie’s life, a world so frighteningly similar to your own, you’ll find yourself wanting to go to the Montana mountains to find the Survivors for yourself. And it is only the beginning. "The way Ms. Havard has taken the history of the Salem witches and made it her own is truly fascinating... great debut from a talented writer." –DJ DeSmyter, author of Hunted “[THE SURVIVORS is a…] promising debut and an incredibly unique paranormal romance. Unputdownable, engaging, realistic and dark..." –Fragments of Life Review Blog Can't wait to read the whole story? *WATTPAD FEATURED & HOT STORY* (Completed) My grandfather had once told me that life was an unpredictable beast-one moment calm with a full belly and heavy eyes, and the next, digging its paws in the dirt, snarling just before it took down its next victim. Until recently, I would argue with that notion, listing all the reasons why my life was as predictable as the tides coming and going. While I listened, I was young and never put much thought into a lot of the things my grandfather told me, but all that changed when the Hunters moved back to Sandpoint. More specifically, Wes Hunter. That was when the impossible became possible and the predictable became unpredictable. As Abigail Rose looked down on her new world, she couldn't deny the things she had seen and all the things she had learned. There were days she wished she could go back to her old life, but she had changed. Evolved. She was no longer a love-struck seventeen year old. She was a chosen leader and her path was undeniable. The black and white was fading to gray, and the only thing between mortals and immortals was her. "Dani Hart's compelling writing style had me hooked from start to finish. I read this book and I am already hanging out for the sequel! This is one of those books that I could gush on about for ages so let me just say that I highly recommend this book to everyone that loves YA- it's definitely a must read!" ~Land of Literature "Midnight Rose is addicting and so good. It's a start of a new world, with so much going on. Author Dani Hart tells the story so beautifully, with teases of so many things, that's to come. As she gives us bits of pieces of what we can look forward to, I was left so excited for the next installment of the Midnight Series." ~Four Chicks Flipping Pages All Rights Reserved

Parker Raymond recently inherited his estranged grandfather's large plantation home in Savannah, Georgia. The Spanish Moss hanging from the estate's large oaks, its massive gardens, and a near endless bank account were, in the end, not what captured the young man's imagination. It was a tattered old leather notebook filled with incoherent, cryptic babbling discovered in the old man's nightstand that set it ablaze. Join Parker to discover what this notebook and a mysterious geared object have to do with a Fifteenth Century document discovered in Italy called the Voynich Manuscript. In 2017, on a mission with a good friend named Thomas Kelly, we began writing this story, which is known as 'Playing God'. In early 2018, we began re-writing the early chapters of the story, and 8 months after that, with only 5 or 6 chapters rewritten, we hit 8500 reads! That is outstanding! This is the original Playing God, but now, it's time for the completed story to come out,the way it should have almost two years ago now.
