troye mellet is a thief, and a damn good one at that. most have heard of him. most don't understand him. and jacob bixenman is the fbi agent who can never seem to catch him.

Troye is an introverted boy in a wheelchair with an odd sense of humor and a best friend named Tony. Except, Tony is a dog, which Troy doesn't think is strange at all. When he- he being Troy the human- decides to go outside (against all rules), he runs into Jacob Bixenman- a charming actor he wasn't even aware lived in his neighborhood. Troye is afraid of his instant love for the boy and is torn apart when he finds out he may only have this one summer with him...
