"The theory is true; the games are rigged." There was a conspiracy theory going around the districts of Panem that the hunger games were rigged to select certain children - children the Capitol didn't want to raise into power. Every year, names of children from the same families were selected, and Katniss Potter was starting to raise suspicion. When the Annual Hunger Games roll around and Hermione Trinket pulls her sister's name from the Goblet Of Hunger, Katniss wastes no time in volunteering in her place. Once she gets on the train that takes her to Panem, nothing is the same, and she alone knows the secret The Capitol was keeping from them all. It is up to Katniss to save the country from the insidious President Riddle, but will she succeed or die trying? This plot goes to the brilliant Jtsquared4, who you should totally go check out!
