Basically the idea is where Izuku is Mic and Aizawa's adoptive son. They are great dads and all, but they started drifting away from Izuku and started becoming closer with his classmates. Aizawa got closer with Shinso and Todoroki while Mic got closer with Kaminari and Kirishima due to their similarities in their personalities.
