Jamie Cansas was an average teenager. She went to school, had friends, but wasn't necessarily popular. When Jamie and her brother find out their father has killed a man they are shocked and scared. One because they never thought anything like this would ever happen. Two because now they have nowhere to go. Talk about a bad summer vacation. Paul Dover from the police station feels bad about these siblings so he decides to take them into his home. But at Paul’s house lives three boys who all just so happen to be completely gorgeous, two of which are inviting and sweet, and the other... well not so much. This brother and Jamie never got along, and from the way he acts towards her it seems like they never will. While Peter fits right into this crazy house full of muscles, testosterone, and rough-housing, Jamie can't help but feel lonely every once in a while. Sometimes being a girl in a house full of boys sucks. And sometimes, Jamie couldn't imagine it any other way.
