The year is 1941 in central Boston, Massachusetts. Infamous American mobster Vincent Madden "Lion" has a run in with street dealing negroes. Things get messy when business, love, and lies intertwine. Especially when Madden sets his eyes on the little negro wife of one of the dealers.

I speak up on what I think is right.
