You wake up in strange place, with no recollection of how you got there or who you are. All you know is your name: Juno. A girl named Elizabeth arrives in a metal box not knowing who she is or remembering anything of her past all except her name. She arrives in the Glade filled with 30-40 teenage boys who don't give her the answers straight away and as the first girl to arrive in the Glade Elizabeth is in for a bumpy ride. One boy named Gally takes a particular interest in Elizabeth, who knows where her story will go next! Lots of fun- me.

"I'm fine Gally. Just leave me alone." He shakes his head in defiance, looking deep into my eyes. "I can't do that y/n, you know I can't." He groans painfully. What the hell is he on about? His hot breath tickled the skin on my neck, instantly causing goosebumps to erupt throughout her body. Her wrists that were pinned against the wall on either side of my head by his grip loosened, allowing blood to flow freely again. Letting go completely, he gave her one last look over before turning and walking away briskly. He really is the captain. She was their only flaw in their so called "flawless experiment." Subject 000 The Backup, also known as, Emma, was sent up by WICKED by mistake. She was just an understudy, supposed to be sent up as the trigger if Teresa had not been able to... say, "make it." It hadn't mattered though, Emma was still sent up to the Glade regardless of Teresa's state. But, Emma is special. Her memory was only partially wiped, bits and pieces of WICKED still lodged in a deep, dark corner of her mind. Upon her arrival, the Gladers were very confused. Why would another girl be sent up after Teresa? After learning that the new girl holds crucial information, they take her in and grow to care for her. Gally in particular, holds a strong interest for Emma. Feeling the need to protect and guide her, he takes her under his wing.
