Alex, a girl who just moves into the city, meets a photographer named Chris after using her charms on him to steal his cab. Pissed, Chris (who is a guy who uses social media expressions from 9 gag and twitter) heads back to his apartment building where he overhears a couple on the verge of breaking up, quarreling on the apartment right beneath him. He talks and tries to comfort the girl (who refused to give her name) through a hole on the floor boards.

In the fall of 2010, sixteen teenagers suddenly vanished without a trace from a small suburban town in the Midwest. Each one was sixteen years old. There were no witnesses, no ransom notes, no clues whatsoever as to what happened to them. The community was devastated and the police were baffled until they all suddenly reappeared, sixteen weeks later with extraordinary new powers and no memory of where they had been or what was coming next. ** PLEASE NOTE - this is a rough draft of a future full length novel - it is ON HOLD right now

After years of undergoing torture and receiving therapy, she is ready to move on from her past by welcoming someone new into her life; and what better way to do that than to get a new roommate? Through her close (and only) friend Leizel, she meets Will Thomas, a handsome and charismatic man who has a lot more in common with Una than he lets on...
