No massacre, Naruto's parents are alive, Itachi is still in the Akatsuki and in the story some things will be different, like ages for example. And Pedo-Snake (aka Orochimaru) isn't traitor or the bad guy. (I actually like him, lol)

A home for orphans who never got adopted, not actually family but they are as close as one. But perhaps the boys want to be more then that to the only girl of the house. = Not an original idea!
