Jay hasn't been back to Sliverview City in months, due to his new raise in the Assassin Compound in the US, becoming Leader. But what led him to go back? - This is just a one shot chapter story. Something simple and small (not really lol). There is a whole story to these characters, although I'm lazy to write it all down. However if you guys really want a full background on them, I might just do it. - The back stories and background of these characters are all inspired my the TV show, Arrow. However there are changes to them, you'll just have to see.
