At the same time, the lab is taken over by Loki, who takes control of her dad and the other lab workers. Lyla's life gets thrown head first into the Avenger's life when she is forced to become the youngest member to stop Loki and save the only family she's got left.

When S.H.I.E.L.D finds this secret Asgardian, Eldrid is whisked away in the middle of the night, to later become the most reluctant "Avenger" to ever step foot in Nick Fury's meeting room. With an impossible task to a place long forgotten by the minds of mortal men, blossoming romance and morals challenged, how will the newest recruit deal with her new life?

"Her name is Hela," he replied, watching the infant lose interest in the shield and move onto something else. Hela looked up at the mention of her name and the same grin came across her face. The smile reminded the Avengers of Loki, it was clearly obvious. The child seemed more innocent, but she was clearly his daughter. It didn't take a genius to know what they were about to do. The Avengers were about to have their hands full. Loki's only daughter was taken from him when she was just a baby. Her father was a criminal and unfit to care for her, and her mother was dead, so Odin ordered Hela to be sent to Midgard. Thor automatically calls up S.H.I.E.L.D. and soon Hela is being sent there to be raised by the Avengers. How will the young girl turn out being raised by superheroes, and more importantly, how will Earth's Mightiest Heroes fair against Loki's daughter?

Alexis Jane Morgan has been on the run from S.H.I.E.L.D for over half a century. Howard Stark had helped create her, but she feared what would happen to her after he founded the organisation that hunted down people like her. With the brain capacity of over 30% and rising and her inability to age, Director Fury tracks her down 60 years after she fled and send Agent Barton in to bring her to the S.H.I.E.L.D headquarters, but not to be experimented on and tested like she'd believed. The Tesseract had been found and Alexis finds herself helping the organisation she was so afraid of.

Winifred Jones grew up loving the story of Wonderland, in particular, the Cheshire Cat. Wyn also grew up being a test subject for her scientist father, only she didn't realize that's what she was at first. In order to discover the truth behind her father's experiments on her, she sneaks into his lab. She discovers she's not the only one with a fascination for the Cheshire Cat. Mr. Jones has been working on something very Cheshire-like indeed. After Wyn spills the formula on herself, she becomes the embodiment of the Cheshire Cat. Her powers, plus her prior knowledge of S.H.I.E.L.D, make her the perfect candidate for a very important initiative.
