In a world in which magic is feared above all else, where if you have that magical 'power' you are a threat not only to the government but to your family and friends, where if you do have that 'power' you WILL be found and you WILL be a weapon for the government no matter what. But what the government didn't expect was to find a monster instead of a weapon.
