Life in the 1930's was good for Levi , he had his friends, his job, his school, and life in New York was great. Much to Levi's surprise Mikasa Ackerman walks into his life and turns it upside down, showing him how his life wasn't as exciting as he had originally thought, at least not without her. WWII strikes and Levi must head off to war, leaving Mikasa behind to wait in New York City. Fast forward to 1941, Pearl Harbour has been attacked and all Japanese people in the USA are sent to internment camps. Levi returns back home to find that Mikasa is nowhere to be found. With the help of Eren Jaeger and a tag along Armin Arlert, Levi heads off to find the girl that changed New York City for him. The story begins with a mission beyond the walls. Mikasa was stuck in the same group as Levi, which wasn't ideal for her. Mikasa ends up getting badly injured during the mission and something or someone surprises her by helping her out and saving her. Could this unexpected occurrence grow into something new?

Titans are still roaming outside the walls but that doesn't matter anymore, humanity has had bigger problems within the walls. Humanity in the walls has lost 80 percent of its population due to its civil war. The remaining humans have split into 3 clans, first are The Spartans, second are the Scouts and third are the Brotherhood . But the brotherhood haven't been seen in years until now.

The brightest candles burn out the fastest. ... Everyone said he was the strongest, the most daring, the most skilled. Everyone said she was the best, the most efficient, the most talented. They both stood alone, fought alone. Both for their own reasons, for their own redemption. And upon their backs, both carry regrets, promises, destinies, expectations, fates. ... New recruits are being put in Levi's watch. As he is going through them, there seems to be way more then he can handle. Mikasa is a scout. Levi calls upon her one day to help him with the recruits. Little does Mikasa know that Levi has a major crush on her. Will she be able to love him back?

When she finally gave up, she met a ginger-haired woman, Petra. Petra told Mikasa about needing extra help and more employees in the Mental Hospital downtown. Without really thinking about it, Mikasa later applied there. Little did she know, her life would completely change when she met the most dangerous patient ever to live.
