The Starship Grokmar has a problem. Somewhere along the way it forgot what its mission was. Fortunately or maybe unfortunately for Grokmar, it still has its crew of five humans from the Appalachians on board to help it rediscover its purpose. Will it be successful? Can the humans possibly help the ship without causing another galactic incident? Only time will tell.

This is a short story I wrote after the release of GalaxyBillies. It chronicles a seasonal crisis the humans had during the closest approximation of Christmas they could identify while off-planet...

When a semi-sentient starship loses its crew it must find a new one quickly. The nearest planet with intelligence is a small blue globe third out from its parent star. The ship, intelligence fading, kidnaps five humans from the mountains of the Appalachians and re-enters civilization. Unfortunately, said humans are questionably sentient and might not be the best ambassadors Earth could possibly have. When they are through nothing in the galaxy will be quite the same.

Freedom is nothing what Aleksandr, Yuri and Natalia had imagined it to be. Instead of feeling free and ready to evolve as humans - they are cold, hungry and lost in a big city that doesn't care the least about them. Together they must find a way to survive the cold, not just the weather but the people who sees them as trash and wants them out of their way. Little do they know that sinister powers are growing behind their backs and they are the target of their horrible means. Follow Aleksandr, Yuri and Natalia on a difficult journey, not just through the city, the people and their teenage problems - but through their whole complicated life that seems to get even more complicated as they exit the asylum. -Demon Series: Book 1- Aden Perri has problems. The last day of school his girlfriend calls it quits. And proceeds to move on a little too quickly. His friends disappear, leaving him to spend the summer alone. His mother buys a dog. Aden hates dogs. The scar on his leg confirms it. And his new job titles are garbage collector and toilet scrubber. At least he'll be out in nature, excepted he hates the outdoors. Aden's ready to barricade himself in his room, until school starts back up in the fall. His mother won't allow it, and his father is ready to do some character building. They drag him out and drive him to Beaver Lake. His father loads him with a bucket and a mop and sends him off to clean campground toilets. The local campers just laugh at the poor garbage boy wandered around picking up after them. All but one. One very strange, shirtless, barefoot boy who Aden will never understand. But the boy makes it bearable, so he'll let him stick around. It's not like Titus is really going to give Aden a choice anyways.
