this is an anthology and collection of real-life situations and thoughts expressed through poems and short stories. this book contains a series of quotes, morals, and public notice of personal and/or public affairs. hotlines, and website links are included for those who are feeling weak. this is a book that allows the public to freely express themselves and their depression to others without feeling rejected, being judged, or feeling uncomfortable. this allows readers to listen, understand and comprehend others (strangers or not) to the point where they're making a change in someone elses life. this is a way to let the outside world and others know that they are not alone. this is a toast to my (and yours) depression.
