The Appalachian Wraith Relocators - or AWR, for short - are a group unto their own that "unique" doesn't even Begin to describe. Hailing from the small Town of Roan Mountain, they're similar to the Tennessee Wraith Chasers, but there's a few key differences. Firstly, the AWR consists of 5 women, rather than 5 men - secondly, they're all Pagan, rather than Christian. Thirdly, they don't chase and try to trap Spirits - they peacefully move on and relocate those ready and willing to leave. And lastly, their specialty's in currently-active recording studios, not long-abandoned and rundown asylums. So, when they get an SOS call from Foxy Studios in Los Angeles, they don't hesitate to respond. However, they're not expecting to wind up in the middle of a missing person's case that quickly turns into a murder investigation...

This is basically nothing but a companion pieceta my recent story, "Purdy Lies". In Essence, it's THAT story, told from Ash's point of view. Ya don't necessarily HAVE to, but I'd highly recommend reading "Purdy Lies" before ya even attempt to read this. I've tried to write it in such a way that that's not necessary, but I've Future plans for that story so that reading it first'll be a good idea.

Having tired of her mother's constant, varying forms of abuse, Aerin Crosswhite finally decides that it's well past Time to get outta said mother's house once and for all. Having grown up poorer than dirt and been in a band for nigh on a decade now, 25-Year-old Bobby Dall's no stranger to hard, back-breaking work. In fact, he's oft described as the slave-driver of that aforementioned band. After all, he's usually the one forced into dragging his band mates outta bed to get cracking, whether it's in the studio to record or out on the road for a tour. That being said, he's not expecting himself and his band matesta go to bed in their shared apartment after getting off the road from a tour, only to wake in what should be an Antique cabin. He's not expecting to realize that he, Bret, and Rikki've all Time Traveled over a Century in their sleep. And he's DEFINITELY not expecting to realize that they've turned up in the home of a young woman the entire nearby Town's scared shitless of. But as it turns out, young Marissa Stanton's not as bad as the townsfolk'd have them believe. She turns out to be every bit the Witch that the townsfolk say she is, but she uses her Power for good, not evil. And she's actually just the kinda girl Bobby's been looking for, in terms of a Romantic partner. Will the Love that eventually forms between the Witch and the bassist be enough to either keep him in the Past, on her homestead, with her or convince her to quite literally go back to the Future with him? Or will this be one Love that DOESN'T cross the fabric of Time, itself?
