After he picks up hints about a renewed, start-up Red Room Program, he emidiatly contacts the Blackwidow. ((Since I started this in 2016, it takes place directly after CAWS and I'm just kinda ignoring the later movies, soooo enjoy))

Natasha stood there, unable to reply but to just let those words sink in. "Your ledger... is dripping red. Same as his." He grinned viciously before walking away back into the shadows.
