A Cherik Wild West AU: Mutants in the Wild West. Charles Xavier finds himself crossing the entire ocean to America to find his sister Raven. However the task turns out to be more difficult than he expected because Raven is nowhere to be found. In the meantime Charles settles in a small town where he starts a new life as a school teacher. There he meets Erik Lehnsherr - the town's blacksmith. Although at first he believes Erik is the rudest person he's ever met, the two start a friendship and Charles becomes a teacher to Erik's kids. However both Charles and Erik have their own little secrets that no one should ever uncover. Would Charles find his beloved sister and is she still alright? Would Erik's tragic past haunt him forever and prevent him from finding his happiness? Would Charles have the guts to admit that his feelings for his new friend are a bit past the line of friendship? Charles is unhappy with his life, one day he decides to replace his incomplete chess set and meets Erik. Erik has been miserable from a young age and has found hope in his and Charles' friendship. Together the pair of them play a lot of chess and learn that they're not the only people with unbelievable gifts like the ones they have.

This is a sequel to Taming the Wild. Charles and Erik are a happy couple, although they still have to keep the true nature of their relationship a secret - gay mutants are not always welcomed with open arms in the old times, especially if they're teaching children. Despite that inconvenience Charles and Erik are happy and very much in love. They still have to come up with a clever way to explain things to Peter and Wanda who are curious about the changes they've sensed recently in the dynamics between Charles and their daddy. Charles is already running his special school with help from Erik, Hank, Moira, Raven and a few others. They have new students but Charles and Erik regularly travel to recruit more. This doesn't always go without a few bumps on the road. Meanwhile Raven is not so sure if the quiet monotonous life of a schoolteacher is cut out for her. She finds herself daydreaming of her previous adventures and the feeling of fulfillment they brought to her, increasingly. This doesn't go unnoticed by Hank who doesn't have the courage to ask her to stay even if his heart is breaking at the prospect of her leaving them. New characters appear. Some jealous!Erik because who doesn't want to see that, right? Also mutants cannot hide their existence forever. Slowly the word about mutants is beginning to spread and that on itself would cause considerable unrest among most humans.

Charles Xavier works in a hospital for the mentally ill. He's new, he doesn't know many patients or people. However, when Moira MacTaggert gives up on her patient, Charles steps in and volunteers to take him on. And this 'incurable' patient might just change his life.

Charles Xavier is a 31-year old respected scientist who leads a very reclusive life. He hardly ever meets with people and hides in his secluded mansion where he conducts his experiments. That is mostly due to him being a telepath and tired of his telepathy getting in the way of having healthy relationships with other people. When he finally decides he needs a companion in his solitude - one that would not have a mind to read and thoughts to hear - Charles decides the best option in his situation is to get himself one of those last models David-8 androids. He names his new android 'Erik' and expects him to be like Charles' new supercomputer. Instead Charles' relationship with the android goes beyond the usual human/machine dynamics and Charles finds himself surprised and confused by his feelings for Erik. Erik seems to reciprocate but with no mind to read and no thoughts to hear Charles can hardly be convinced the android's affection for him is not merely Erik being programmed this way.

It's been a year since the events of Sundays with Charles. Charles and Erik are a happily married couple, living together and raising Erik's two children together. However, with Charles' busy schedule he's working almost all the time and the two find it hard to actually spend quality time together. On top of that Pietro experiences certain troubles at school that he is not willing to share with his family, while Erik begins to suspect Charles too is keeping secrets of his own. Sunday is long gone and weekdays take over. In the midst of problems and challenges it is difficult to keep the ray of sunlight from a happy distant Sunday.

Cherik AU He looks down at the injured body of his only real friend; his obesession. Maybe he is right. Maybe they do want different things. But, Erik wants Charles and will not rest until he has him. He figures it's only fair that he tells him so: "I'm coming back for you. I'm not giving up until you are by my side. I'm coming back and you will come with me. Whether you like it or not."
