Soma Misawa and Blitz Yoshima are the only two survivors of the group called the Sacred Seven. They now work for Leo Akuba in the Duel Academy Army during the war between the Synchro Dimension. Blitz and Soma are not happy about how things are run and aim to over through Leo Akuba and return Duel Academy to its precious time and glory days. Will they succeed?

They make it their mission to A) Destroy the Singers and B) To destroy the light and goodness in Crystal. And Crystal makes it her mission to fight back against the Dark Signers. She refuses to submit to them and let them win. Unaware of where Crystal is, the other five signers have do not know of Crystal. But what happens if one of them gets a message that leads the signers on a new mission? Will they find Crystal and take her with them? Or will Crystal lose her battle against the Dark Signers and fall into the darkness?
